Thinking that Bean, our hedgehog, would love a little box to circle, hide and dig in, we were surprised to find her exceptionally grumpy about her Christmas set-up. She let us know by hissing and puffing, as hedgehogs often do. The funny thing is that she was keeping the beat and it lined up pretty well to this song. Don’t worry, Bean quickly calmed down and enjoyed her new digs.

Bean is a middle-aged hoggie that came to us through the Hedgehog Welfare Society. She couldn’t travel with her owner to another country therefore she relocated to northern Minnesota with us! She currently has one hedgehog friend, Hedgie Louise, that she doesn’t see all that often as hedgehogs are solitary creatures. They can get a bit prickly.
